- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food safety practices such as proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Support team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety standards
- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order management
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience or food safety certification is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
