We are seeking a skilled and passionate Certified Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to our clients while promoting a relaxing and welcoming environment. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering various aesthetic services, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
Duties
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments
- Be open to learning new treatments and fine tuning your skills
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client experience and satisfaction
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations
Duties
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience as an Aesthetician and have received the proper training
- Ability to effectively upsell services and retail products to clients
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience through product recommendations
