Receptionist / Property Administrator
Location: Sherwood Park, AB
Position Type: Full‑Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday , 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM & Friday 9:00AM to 4:30 PM
Reports to: Broker / Condominium Managers
About the Role
Skyline Property Management Inc. is seeking a dependable and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Property Administrator. This dual‑function role is integral to both the daily operations of our office and the effective administration of condominium properties. The successful candidate will maintain a professional front office environment while supporting internal teams and property management functions.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, owners, residents, and contractors
- Answer and direct calls professionally and promptly
- Monitor reception inbox and respond or escalate as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front lobby, Board rooms and kitchen area
- Open and close the office daily following standard procedures
- Process mail, deliveries, and general correspondence
Administrative Duties:
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of resident notices, AGM packages, and by‑law letters
- Update building intercoms and manage amenity bookings (e.g., elevator, social room)
- Track and process condominium fee payments, PADs, and arrears letters
- Maintain electronic filing systems and document archives
- Assist with legal documentation for land titles and insurance records
- Support office inventory, facility needs, and internal staff coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or front desk experience, ideally in real estate or property management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills
- Comfortable using technology and adapting to new software systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage time independently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
