This position covers the physical operations of a resort cottage community - RVs, Park Model Cottages and Rentals. This includes, but is not limited to;
- Managing maintenance team
- Ensuring safe working practices
- Prioritizing and managing multiple projects
- Property maintenance - lawn mowing, hedge trimming, etc
- Equipment maintenance
- Coordinating outside contractors for specialized work
- General repairs - basic carpentry, plumbing, etc
- Communicating and cooperating with GM, Sales and other team members
This position is Full-Time from April 1 thru November 30, with the opportunity for additional winter work or seasonal layoff.
Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
