SERVICE APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR
$18 - 21 per hour

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls and online inquiries
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Coordinate service bookings between customers and advisors
- Assist with customer retention and service follow-up campaigns
- Ensure client information is accurate
- Support the service team with administrative tasks
- Help create a positive client experience from first contact through vehicle pickup
What We're Looking For
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Appointment scheduling, client services, or reception experience considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and client interactions
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
