We are looking for an experienced and driven Dealership Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our team and help customers secure the best financing and protection options for their vehicles.
Job Summary
The Dealership Finance Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of vehicle financing and insurance (F&I) processes. This role works closely with customers and sales staff to arrange financing, present aftermarket products, and ensure all transactions are compliant, accurate, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in securing financing and leasing options through lenders
- Present and sell finance and insurance products (extended warranties, GAP insurance, protection packages, etc.)
- Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and complies with legal and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and lenders
- Review and submit credit applications and approvals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financing programs, rates, and automotive regulations
- Collaborate with the sales team to finalize deals and improve closing ratios
- Track and report F&I performance metrics
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an F&I Manager or in automotive finance required
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending practices, and compliance regulations
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
