Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to support our construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist in various outdoor and indoor tasks, ensuring the successful completion of projects while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in construction operations within a dynamic team environment.
Duties
- Operate and assist with the use of heavy equipment such as excavators for excavation and site preparation.
- Conduct gardening activities including planting, pruning, mulching, and lawn care to promote healthy growth.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various construction and landscaping tasks.
- Assist with general site cleanup, and material handling to ensure a safe work environment.
- Follow safety protocols during all activities to prevent accidents or injuries on-site.
Skills
- Experience operating excavators or similar heavy machinery is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Prior experience in construction work is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. This position is ideal for individuals eager to gain practical experience in construction, while contributing to diverse projects that enhance outdoor spaces.

Pay: $137.60-$197.90 per day
