Eclipse Inc. is a bookkeeping firm located in Cambridge, Ontario and is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and reliable Payroll Specialist to join our growing team on a part-time basis. If you love organization, enjoy working independently, and thrive on making sure payroll runs smoothly and accurately, we’d love to hear from you!
This position is approximately 6–8 hours per week, with strong potential for additional hours as we continue to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing payroll accurately and on time
- Managing payroll records and employee information
- Assisting with payroll remittances and reporting
- Communicating with clients and their employees regarding payroll inquiries
- Supporting bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience
- Experience working with both unionized and non-unionized companies
- Experience with Wagepoint 1.0 and 2.0
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must have your own computer and reliable high-speed internet connection
