We are looking for a motivated, passionate, and friendly individual to run our new Duncan market location!
Jobs responsibilities will include:
*all the things! We are looking for an energetic self starter who is excited about local produce and farming to run our new market. The possibilities are endless......
To begin, you will be....
*setting up a new fresh produce market with an eye for the local demographic
*running the market and building a local customer base. You should be a positive, friendly face for our customers to know and depend on.
*building a product base around the local demographic, including many wonderful products from Gobind Farms and beyond...
*recruiting and hiring/supervison of all staff for the main site and satellite markets in the area
*coordinate with our Central Saanich location for stock and other needs for all local markets
*be the lead hand and face of Gobind in the Cowichan Valley.
What we need is someone who we can rely on in the Cowichan area to take charge and take initiative. Our long time employee is moving away in the fall, and we need a replacement to start immediately!This is a chance to get in on the ground floor of a thriving new space.

Compensation is competitive and dependant on experience.
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
