Job Purpose
Perform complex administrative duties involved in the preparation and processing of the AWIN Group of Dealerships payrolls and benefits. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
Core Accountabilities
-
Process new hires, terminations, and leave of absences.
-
Weekly and Bi-weekly hourly, salary, commission and flat rate payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now Payroll, Time & Attendance and Time Off Module.

Bi-weekly auditing of payroll inputting reports and registers to ensure accuracy.
-
Preparation of Employee Records of Employment in accordance with Employment Standards Act / Service Canada.

Bi-weekly monitoring of electronic time sheets using Time & Attendance.

Year-end duties as assigned.

Other payroll duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $68,000 to $78,000

Requirements

1-3 years of ADP Workforce Now payroll experience, preferably in a dealership environment.

Excel and Word experience.

University Degree/College Diploma in a related field.

CPA certificate or in progress.

Comprehensive knowledge of the Federal and Provincial Tax Regulations.

Comprehensive knowledge of the Ontario Employment Standards Act.

Familiar with MS Office, specifically MS Excel and Word.

Ability to work effectively with strict deadlines.
