We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate with in-depth knowledge of Esthetics to join our sales team. This role involves selling thousands of beauty supplies to professional estheticians. You are a quick learner, love to teach and educate customers and have the aptitude to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service duties taking orders Online/Phone/Email/Chatbox etc
- Suggest, advise, upsell and cross-sell esthetic/spa products
- Educate and train estheticians on new products and brands through presentations, demos and classes (in person and virtually).
- Attend, participate and/or lead workshops, demos, events, presentations and tradeshows.
- Track requests for new products and brands.
- Identify and maintain continuous in-depth knowledge of beauty products, treatments and trends including new equipment and technology.
- Implement and maintain frequent communication between sales, marketing, purchasing, and operations groups.
Other Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with esthetics, beauty supplies and sales.
- Hunter mentatlity with a strong sense of urgency
- Outgoing people person with a high level of attention to quality customer service.
- Motivated self-starter and quick study.
- Excellent attention to accuracy and detail.
- Fluent English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
