The Role
In this position, you are the backbone of our logistics. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our steel products move safely and efficiently through the warehouse and out to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading, unloading, and moving steel products safely (by hand and with equipment)
- Operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
- Picking and preparing orders for shipment.
- Maintaining accurate inventory and organized stock areas.
- Supporting overall warehouse operations and team workflow.
Work Conditions & Requirements:
- Ability to work rotating day and evening shifts.
- Comfortable handling heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and performing physical tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Versatility to work both indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced setting.
- High attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar environment is an asset, but a reliable, team first attitude is our top priority.
Pay: $19.00-$19.50 per hour
