Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year
Total Earning Potential: $80,000 – $90,000+ per year
This role includes a performance-based compensation structure on top of the base salary. Bonuses are tied to agent recruitment and retention milestones, with full details shared during the interview process. Strong performers have the opportunity to earn well above the base.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and organized Growth Manager to lead our agent recruitment efforts, support new agent onboarding, and deliver practical training that drives real results.
This is a relationship-driven role that requires strong communication skills, a disciplined approach to pipeline management, and the ability to lead onboarding sessions and training with confidence.
Time allocation:
50% Recruitment | 20% Onboarding | 20% Training | 10% Brokerage Support

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment (50%)
- Conduct daily outreach to prospective agents through calls, referrals, networking, and digital channels
- Manage a structured recruiting pipeline from initial contact through to agent sign-up
- Book and conduct interviews, guiding candidates through a professional recruiting experience
- Build and nurture relationships with both experienced and newer agents seeking a better brokerage home
- Organize and facilitate recruiting events including career nights, information sessions, and brokerage tours
- Develop and refine recruiting scripts and objection-handling approaches over time
Onboarding (20%)
- Lead a structured onboarding experience for every new agent from agreement signing to first active transaction
- Ensure all agents have full access to systems, tools, policies, and resources from Day 1
- Deliver a clear 7 / 14 / 30-day onboarding roadmap so every agent knows exactly what to do and when
Training (20%)
- Facilitate bi-weekly training sessions covering scripts, lead generation, open houses, and the buyer/seller process
- Build and maintain a training resource library including session recordings, playbooks, and reference guides
- Monitor agent participation and engagement, identifying opportunities to improve training effectiveness
Brokerage Support (10%)
- Collaborate with the Broker of Record on strategic priorities related to agent experience and brokerage growth
- Support internal communications to ensure clarity and consistency across the team

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, or business development
- Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing pipelines, checklists, and follow-up systems
- Self-directed and dependable — able to perform consistently without daily supervision
- Comfortable facilitating onboarding sessions and group training
Preferred:
- Experience working within a real estate brokerage or property management environment
- Familiarity with Ontario real estate processes and licensing requirements
- Experience building or scaling agent or sales teams
- Proficiency with CRM tools and recruitment tracking platforms
