We are looking to hire a skilled CNC programmer. As a CNC programmer, you will be responsible for reading, interpreting technical blueprints and using solid models to generate programs. Programmer will be responsible for developing a machining strategy and programming for 3 axis, 4axis milling machines using Fusion 360. Also 5 axis programming experience is definitely an asset.
To ensure success as a CNC Programmer, you should have extensive experience working in manufacturing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work unsupervised. Ultimately, a top-class CNC programmer works quickly and efficiently, ensuring all products meet the specifications of the client.
MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:
· Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
· 5 years experience programming. Fusion 360 preferred
· Choosing the correct cutting tools for the job, along with the proper speeds and feeds.
· Good team worker, punctual
· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
CNC Programmer Requirements:
· Previous work experience as a CNC programmer.
· Ability to read and interpret design blueprints.
· Experience with computer modeling software.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently.
· Ability to create 3d programs from solids and surfaces.
· Ability to program 3. 4 and 5 axis milling machines
· Proficient in understanding GD&T
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$39.00 per hour
