Job Overview
SAM Electrical Inc. is urgently hiring a Commercial Licensed Electrician with strong commercial construction experience and proficiency in electrical conduit/piping installation, including EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit systems. ⚡
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial, commercial, and renovation settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute projects accurately.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform wiring, conduit installation, and troubleshooting.
- Install conduits, EMT, PVC, rigid conduit, and electrical piping systems.
- Pull, terminate, and test wiring and electrical equipment.
- Conduct inspections to identify electrical issues, perform diagnostics, and implement effective solutions
- Assist in construction or renovation projects by installing new electrical components or upgrading existing systems.
- Follow all safety protocols and electrical codes to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- Valid electrician license with relevant state certification.
- Valid Driver's License
- Proven experience as construction-related electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and PLC programming is highly desirable.
- Experience working with low voltage systems and automation controls.
- Background in commercial projects or handyman tasks is a plus.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety standards and adherence to electrical codes.
