Deliver an emergent curriculum tailored to each child’s unique development and learning journey

Maintain accurate daily documentation, including progress reports and attendance records

Support children’s emotional, cognitive, physical, and behavioural development in a nurturing environment
-
Collaborate with external professionals (e.g., Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists) as needed
-
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, including classroom ratios
-
Participate actively in team meetings, professional development workshops, and classroom transitions
-
Valid Nova Scotia ECE License

Clear Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry Check

Valid First Aid and CPR Certification (Level B or C)

Ability to safely lift, push, or pull up to 45 lbs
