*JOB DESCRIPTION*
Job 1: Riverbend Cleaner
Job: Exterior Litter Picking
Wage: $22.00 per hour
Location: Riverbend Dr and Fraser Reach Court, Burnaby
Schedule: 3 days per week. Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday (daylight hours)
Hours: Sunday – 6 hours, Tuesday – 2 hours and Thursday – 2 hours. Total: 10 hours per week
Job 2: Riverbend Leadman/Cleaner
Job: Exterior Litter Picking and Inspecting Cleaning Quality
Wage: $22.50 per hour
Location: Riverbend Dr and Fraser Reach Court, Burnaby
Schedule: 3 days per week. Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday (daylight hours)
Hours: Sunday – 6 hours, Tuesday – 2 hours and Thursday – 2 hours. Total: 10 hours per week
Job 3: Queensborough Logistic Park Cleaner
Job: Exterior Litter Picking
Wage: $22.00 per hour
Location: Boyne St and Boyd St, New Westminster
Schedule: 2 days per week. Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday (daylight hours)
Hours: Sunday – 3 hours, Wednesday – 2.5 hours. Total: 5.5 hours per week
Job 4: Queensborough Logistic Park Leadman/Cleaner
Job: Exterior Litter Picking and Inspecting Cleaning Quality
Wage: $22.50 per hour
Location: Boyne St and Boyd St, New Westminster
Schedule: 3 days per week. Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday (daylight hours)
Hours: Sunday – 3 hours, Wednesday – 2.5 hours. Total: 5.5 hours per week
Mandatory qualifications:
- You own a smartphone with data
- You are authorized to work in Canada
- No subcontractors
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of janitorial cleaning experience
- Experience in surface disinfection
- Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Wipe and dust surfaces, appliances, and furniture
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas
- Garbage and recycling disposal
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high
- Replenish supply of hand towels, hand soap, and other similar products
