Vienna Hair Salon and Spa, a well-established and busy salon with 17 years of experience in the heart of Fergus, is seeking a talented and passionate Part Time or Full-Time Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments, tailored to each client's needs.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through excellent service and strong relationships.
- Stay current with the latest hair trends and techniques through ongoing education and training.
Qualifications:
- Must be a fully licensed hairstylist with a valid Ontario license.
- A established clientele is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering expert recommendations.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within a salon environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform retail sales and upselling strategies confidently And Social media marketing
- Experience working at the front desk or managing appointment schedule
- Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products and styling accessories to clients.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication skills, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews.
