Job Description:
Under the general supervision of the Manager/ Care Planner and while demonstrating a commitment to the mission, vision and values of the Organization, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) provides Wound Care and nursing services to clients in the community, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs.
These services include independent nursing services, administration of prescribed treatments, a leadership role within the healthcare team and facilitating coordination of client care and discharge. These services may be provided in the home, school, place of business settings or at a home care nursing clinic..
Your duties may include:
· Administration of Medication
· Wound Care
· Positioning
· Foot Care

Our candidates will need:
· Responsible for maintaining and providing proof of registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba
· Ability to work independently and make decisions with the support of your team.
· Updated immunizations.
· Home Care Experience preferred
· Excellent communication and listening skills.
· Treat and care for seniors and their family members with compassion, dignity and respect
· Valid CPR
· Car is an asset, but not required
