Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex gas facility and pipeline construction projects.

In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of capital projects, including gas compression facilities and pipeline infrastructure, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution aligned with organizational and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project delivery, including feasibility, planning, development, execution, and close-out.

Own and deliver results related to safety, cost, schedule, and quality for assigned project scopes.

Manage, monitor, and influence progress across a matrixed organization, coordinating resources where team members report indirectly.

Review and track project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery aligned with program dependencies.

Ensure all project scopes comply with regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements through effective coordination with internal stakeholders.

Champion a “zero incident” safety culture by integrating safety in design, execution, and contractor selection based on aligned safety values.

Maintain our path to zero safety target by ensuring safety in design and selecting contractors with safety values that align with Enbridge.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification from a recognized university or college.

Certifications (Preferred):
-
Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) designation

Project Management certification (PMI/PMP)

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in pipeline, gas compression, or related sectors

9 years of experience required without a degree

Demonstrated success in project management and delivery

Strong understanding of pipeline and facility systems, including:

Mechanical
-
Civil
-
Electrical & Instrumentation
-
Automation & Controls
-
Hands-on experience in gas pipeline construction, operations, or maintenance is essential.

Comprehensive knowledge of hazards, safety practices, and risk mitigation in pipeline and facility operations.
Working Conditions:

Office environment.

Occasional travel (10-20%), field visits required. Scheduled travel to company offices, operating facilities, construction sites, and supplier facilities during construction periods or as necessary to meet needs.
