Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate BILINGUAL Teacher to join our team. The French Teacher will create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children, fostering their development in a bilingual setting. The role involves delivering a curriculum that integrates French language and culture into early childhood education, supporting each child's emotional, social, cognitive, and physical growth.
Duties
- Educate and care for children in an early childhood setting
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate French language and cultural elements. Tailor teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and developmental stages.
- Facilitate French language acquisition through immersive activities, storytelling, songs, games, and interactive experiences. Encourage the use of French in daily routines and interactions.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and development. Maintain records of observations and evaluations. Provide regular feedback to parents or guardians about their child's achievements and areas for growth.
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to support the holistic development of each child. Participate in team meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements
- Experience working with children
- Strong time management skills
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
- Ability to write and communicate effectively in French and English
- Certification in childcare or early childhood education is preferred
- Leadership skills to guide and support children in their learning journey
