Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our landscaping crew. The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, and willing to learn. As a General Laborer, you will support the installation and maintenance of landscaping projects, ensuring each job site meets our high-quality standards. No previous landscaping experience is required—just a strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Duties
- Assist with landscape installations including turf, stone, soil, interlock, and outdoor features.
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
- Operate basic hand tools and small equipment safely (training provided)
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging, leveling ground, etc.
- Support crew leads and foremen in completing project tasks efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company policies, safety protocols, and instructions
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping or construction experience is an asset, but not required
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours if necessary
