Digital Marketing & Klaviyo Specialist (Beauty/Nail Industry)
We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing & Klaviyo Specialist to join our growing beauty brand team on a contract basis.
This role is focused on setting up, managing, and optimizing our Klaviyo email/SMS marketing flows and digital advertising campaigns. Content creation is not part of this position — we already have that covered. We need someone who understands how to build effective marketing funnels that convert and grow customer loyalty.
This is a contract position starting at $35/hour. We prefer to work project-by-project, with clearly defined goals, timelines, and deliverables. We will start with one specific marketing project, agree on the scope and completion timeline, and then continue to additional projects as we grow together.
We are ideally looking for someone who:
- Has experience with Klaviyo flows, campaigns, segmentation, and automations
- Understands digital advertising (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Has an interest in or understanding of the nail/beauty industry
- Loves analytics, optimization, and improving customer journeys
- Is organized, proactive, and excited to help grow a brand

Bonus if you have:
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience in beauty, nails, cosmetics, or e-commerce brands
