We supply van builders, RV shops, fleet upfitters, and installers across Canada and the United States—and we’re growing fast.
We’re now looking for a driven, industry-savvy sales professional to help expand our reach, build relationships, and generate new business across the van conversion and RV space.
The Role
You’ll be:
- Calling and reactivating existing customers
- Prospecting new van builders, RV dealers, and upfitters
- Visiting shops and building real relationships
- Opening wholesale accounts and growing repeat orders
- Representing our products at events, shops, and in the field

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop new B2B accounts (van builders, RV dealers, installers)
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups
- Perform in-person visits to shops and partners
- Identify new sales opportunities and close deals
- Represent the brand at industry events and meetups
- Work closely with ownership on growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in RV, automotive aftermarket, van conversions, or related industries
- Proven sales experience (outside sales preferred)
- Comfortable with cold outreach AND in-person visits
- Strong relationship builder
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Willing to travel regularly
Bonus Points:
- Existing relationships in the van/RV/upfitter space
- Experience with B2B wholesale sales
- Passion for camper vans, overlanding, or automotive builds
Compensation
- Competitive base salary
- Uncapped commission

Top performers will have the opportunity to grow into a territory or national sales role

- Canada or USA (West Coast preferred)
- Must be able to travel for client visits and industry events
