ChiMe Wellness Clinic is building a therapist-centred team where RMTs are trusted to manage their own schedules and practise in their preferred style—without micromanagement.

A simple front-desk model that supports a higher split
ChiMe operates without a full-time receptionist so that a larger share of each treatment fee can go to the therapist.
You will only handle checkout or direct billing and rebooking for your own clients, along with your usual charting and room reset. You will not be responsible for answering phones, doing laundry, managing other therapists’ clients or performing general reception duties.
Who we are looking for
- RMTs in good standing with a recognized professional association
- Professional liability insurance and eligibility for direct billing
- New graduates and experienced therapists are both welcome
- Early-morning, evening or weekend availability is an asset
- Massage therapy students who have completed at least the first year of a recognized program are welcome to contact us about future opportunities or approved practicum placements
