The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for accurate and timely reporting of financial performance to the restaurant operations teams, to management and to external parties, ensuring financial statements are prepared in accordance with Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises. As well, the Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for leading a team of direct and indirect reports by coaching and developing people, while also improving efficiencies in accounting processes and managing the workflow of the group. This role has growth potential into higher leadership roles in Finance.
