Retail experience is an asset, but it isn’t our top priority. We believe kindness, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help others are qualities that can’t be taught.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with warmth and exceptional service.
- Help customers find clothing they love and feel confident wearing.
- Style outfits and offer thoughtful recommendations.
- Process sales using Shopify POS.
- Receive and organize new merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, beautiful, and inviting boutique.
- Assist with visual merchandising and displays.
- Occasionally help create content for Instagram and social media.
