The Inside Technical Sales will offer rotary equipment for sale and service (pumps, blowers, compressors) technical proposals and support including quotations, intake of customer orders, and order processing.
Support customers with original and aftermarket equipment and spare parts.
Prepare quotations for replacement equipment and parts.
Follow-up calls with customers after proposal submission.
Process customer purchase orders into order confirmations.
Work with internal departments to resolve customer questions.
Expedite orders with suppliers to maintain on-time delivery.
Maintain quote and order filing systems.
- Some knowledge of pumps and rotary equipment is required.
