Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Assistant Level II to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on clinical experience and be confident assisting with advanced dental procedures, including sedation surgery and implant dentistry. Experience with iTero digital scanning technology is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative, surgical, implant, and sedation cases
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories according to infection control standards
- Perform and manage iTero digital scans for restorative and orthodontic procedures
- Support implant surgeries and post-operative patient care
- Monitor and assist patients during sedation procedures following clinical protocols
- Take and process dental radiographs
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience throughout appointments
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant Level II
- Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience in a clinical setting
- Mandatory experience with:
- iTero digital scanning
- Sedation dentistry/surgery
- Dental implant procedures
- Strong knowledge of sterilization and infection prevention protocols
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- CPR certification preferred/current
- Experience with dental software systems is an asset

Pay: $30.00-$34.43 per hour
