Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Concierges to join our team in Toronto’s condominium communities. In this vital role, you will serve as the friendly face of the building, ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a secure environment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster a positive community atmosphere while managing administrative tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, and service providers with professionalism and warmth
- Manage access control using security systems and maintain visitor logs
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and updating resident records using property management software like Yardi
- Assist with property management tasks including coordinating maintenance requests and tracking service schedules through CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Conduct routine security patrols of the premises to ensure safety and report any irregularities
- Support sales efforts by providing information about amenities or leasing procedures when appropriate
Qualifications
- Previous office experience or administrative background preferred
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience in sales, negotiation, or customer relationship management is a plus
- Knowledge of CMMS systems and data entry procedures beneficial
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
