Legacy Dodge Wetaskiwin is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, customer-focused
Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional service experience from check-in to vehicle
delivery.
- Schedule appointments and manage repair orders throughout the service process.
- Communicate repair and maintenance recommendations clearly and professionally.
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs, maintenance, and warranty work.
- Coordinate with technicians, parts, and warranty departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and document customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate future service business.
- Maintain accurate records, inspections, and repair orders.
- Process payments and assist with daily administrative reporting.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of Service Advisor experience.
- Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong team mentality.
- PBS experience is considered an asset.
- Previous Stellantis/FCA experience is an asset.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driver's abstract.
