Join our Team! Nova Truck Centres is seeking a full-time Detailer for our Truro Heights location, for heavy duty trucks and buses.

Responsibilities:
- Check-in and inspect trucks upon arrival from transporter
- Wash/wax/polish trucks and buses
- Meticulously clean interiors of trucks and buses
- Tag keys
- Fuel trucks and buses if necessary
- Organize the yard for new, used and service as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with general shop clean-up as required
Requirements:
- Some detailing experience preferred, ideally within trucking industry (but we will train if not)
- Experience with physically demanding tasks. Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks safely and consistently, such as climbing, kneeling, reaching, or working in awkward positions as required by the task.
- Dependable, positive attitude and team player
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Professionalism, client focus, strong listening and verbal communication skills are required
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn in-house programs
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
- Valid driver’s license with air brake endorsement
