Axel Armour is looking for a driven and results-oriented Construction Sales Representative to help grow our client base. This role combines relationship-building, outbound sales, and account management within the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new construction and labor clients
- Present company services and solutions to potential customers
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred (construction or related industry a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset
- Comfortable with outbound calls and client outreach
Compensation:
- Base salary plus commission + Base Salary
- Commission paid on successful sales and closed deals
