Position:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with overtime available.
- Pay range: $25–$32/hour based on experience.
- Benefits available after probation.
- Commission opportunities for those interested.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repair and custom one-off machining jobs with precision and efficiency.
- Operate and maintain mills, lathes, and line boring setups.
- Assist with mobile repair work as needed.
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to complete unique and challenging projects.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and adapt to unique repair and fabrication situations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on machining experience (not including school).
- Experience running mills, lathes, and line boring setups.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to produce high-quality work.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site for mobile jobs.
- Welding skills are an asset but not required.
