Strategic Talent Partnering

Looking beyond résumés to understand ambition, potential, and fit

Telling compelling career stories and selling a vision

Helping people imagine futures — and leadership journeys — they may not have considered

Partner closely with leaders to understand business priorities, team dynamics, and future leadership needs

Advise on role design, talent strategy, and market insights
End-to-end Recruitment

Own full cycle recruitment for professional, managerial, and senior roles in Canada

Lead structured intake, assessment, and selection processes

Ensure hiring decisions align with Techo-Bloc’s values, culture, and long-term vision
Modern Talent Attraction & Innovation

Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through networking, relationships, and targeted outreach

Use AI and technology to draft creative job postings, personalize outreach, and elevate sourcing strategies

Leverage social platforms, digital tools, and data to reach talent beyond traditional job boards
Leadership Pipeline Building

Recruit with a succession mindset — building depth, not just capacity

Identify high potential talent and help leaders think beyond immediate needs

Support internal mobility and leadership development initiatives
Qualifications
-
7+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience
-
Proven success recruiting professional, managerial, or senior roles

Strong ability to partner with leaders and executives

Business minded, confident, and comfortable influencing without authority

Bilingual (French & English) — English is required to serve our clients and employees located outside Quebec and in the U.S.;
