Detailing Lead
Location: Greater Hamilton Area
Salary: $44,000/year + performance incentives
HR Made EZ is hiring a Detailing Lead for a growing automotive service operation.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be the primary detailer to start, working on the tools daily while building the operation. As volume grows, you’ll transition into leading and scaling a team.
We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset—a self-starter who takes ownership of the bay, drives bookings, ensures quality, and treats the business like their own. This is not a 9–5 order-taking role.
Key Responsibilities
· Run daily detailing operations to hit revenue and efficiency targets
· Manage schedule, bookings, and maximize shop capacity
· Perform high-quality detailing (interior, polishing, paint correction)
· Drive business through customer relationships and proactive outreach
· Ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction
· Hire, train, and lead team members as the business grows
