Duties
- Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, B2B cold calling, and industry research,
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective B2B clients,
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability.
- Develop strategic business plans to expand market share within assigned territories or sectors.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements relevant to our products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, minimum of 5 yrs B2B sales,
- Business development expertise with a strategic approach to expanding client base.
- Excellent account management skills to nurture long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with tools used in sales growth initiatives.
- Proficiency in analysis skills for assessing market opportunities and sales performance metrics.
- Fluency in English, is required to facilitate communication with diverse clients.
