We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis using advanced tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business units with actionable insights.
- Utilize ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and Hyperion for data extraction and processing.
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to assist in strategic planning.
- Support auditing processes by ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research projects related to investment opportunities and financial services.
- Maintain proficiency in accounting software and databases; utilize SQL, VBA, Microsoft Access, and other tools for data management.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing current processes and recommending enhancements.
- Prepare professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication across teams by leveraging bilingual skills (including French) when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
- Proven experience with financial analysis within investment banking or financial services sectors is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel (advanced functions), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Extensive knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Hyperion; experience with SQL, VBA programming is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with accounting software and databases; experience with auditing processes is advantageous.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets accurately.
- Strong research capabilities coupled with effective communication skills—both written and verbal—in English; bilingual proficiency in French is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Pay: $49,851.24-$98,248.35 per year
