THE QUALIFICATIONS:
The Tabor Shift Millwright will be an exceptional troubleshooter and always learn and embrace new concepts. They will have the ability to work well with others at all levels and should be a motivated, self-starter.
- Education Required: Valid Inter-Provincial Journeyperson Red Seal certification.
- Sawmill experience is an asset
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license
- Able to do shift work. 12hr shifts. (2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off. Every second weekend off 3 days)
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Must be dependable, efficient, professional and have a positive attitude
THE DUTIES:
- Troubleshoot hydraulics
- Weld and fabricate as needed
- Install and set clearances on high-speed bearings
- Change chipping knives daily
- Perform running P.M. checks on various machines centers
- Perform well in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50.10 per hour
