Job Summary
We are looking for a collaborative, dynamic and highly organized Lead Human Resources Coordinator. This individual will have extensive professional generalist HR experience in creating, implementing and enhancing employee and people practices critical to the success of small- and medium-sized business. This role will engage directly with Sixth Sense clients in a variety of industries, primarily focused on professional and technical services. You are the right fit for this role if you practice HR with compassion, respect and authenticity.

What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Human Resources from a recognized postsecondary institution, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of progressive operational and strategic HR experience.
- Progressive leadership experience would strongly be considered an asset.
- Prior consulting / client facing experience would strongly be considered an asset.
- CPHR designation in Alberta would be considered an asset.
- Extensive knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards and other employment legislation.
- Strong commitment to professional and high-quality client service with an emphasis on creative problem solving and attention to detail.
- Strong organization and time management skills with a project management mindset.
- Positive, energetic flexible and adaptable attitude.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute on the business strategy for Sixth Sense, translating vision into actionable plans.
- Deliver HR consulting services with the intent of continuous improvement and elevation of clients’ current HR operations.
- Identify and act upon opportunities for growth and development of HR consulting support with existing clients.
- Find and implement creative technology-based solutions for clients such as HR software, apps, applicant tracking databases and project management tools.
- Analyze and interpret HR data to assist clients in making informed data driven decisions regarding their workforce.
- Set, act upon and enhance the vision for Sixth Sense services, culture and team.
