Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Project Coordinator to join our eForms team. Full-Time | Onsite (5 days a week). This role will act as the bridge between clients and the development team, gathering requirements for eForms customization or new form creation, translating them into clear technical tasks, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Requirement Gathering
- Engage with clients to understand business needs related to eForms customization or new form development
- Conduct discovery sessions, meetings, and follow-ups to capture detailed requirements
- Ask the right probing questions to clarify workflows, data fields, validation rules, and integrations
Documentation & Technical Task Creation
- Translate client requirements into clear, structured technical specifications
- Create detailed task descriptions, user stories, and acceptance criteria for developers
- Maintain organized documentation of requirements, revisions, and project updates
Coordination with Development Team
- Communicate requirements effectively to developers and ensure full understanding of tasks
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the technical team
- Support developers by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities
Project Tracking & Support
- Monitor progress of assigned tasks and follow up to ensure timely delivery
- Assist in prioritization and coordination of multiple eForms projects
- Participate in testing and validation to ensure deliverables meet client expectations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3+ years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or similar role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience gathering and documenting technical or functional requirements
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical instructions
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
