The Executive Chef is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. They are responsible for food preparation for all concessions, premium events and catered dinners which can range from 25-900 people. The Executive Chef will work in collaboration with the Director of Food Beverage and the Food and Beverage Manger with menu analysis, costing, and delivery. The Executive Chef must maintain and follow all Food Safety guidelines in all kitchen areas and will oversee culinary staff throughout the venue. Salary: $54,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
