- Be the primary point of contact for customers, fostering genuine relationships and providing exceptional service via phone, email and in person.
- Coordinate order entry, confirmations, and delivery schedules while collaborating with the shipping team to establish smooth operations.
- Provide timely and accurate information about stock availability, pricing, shipping timelines and product details.
- Monitor inventory, replenish stock and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge through training and manufacturer updates.
- Contribute to our team’s success by consistently delivering results and supporting your colleagues.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented and a quick learner with excellent communication skills.
- Comfort working in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in building/construction materials is a plus.
