Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Project Engineer on a permanent basis in our Major Projects team.
This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK .
We are looking for a motivated Professional Engineer who enjoys leading complex engineering projects and working collaboratively across disciplines. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise to major capital projects while helping deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable solutions that support our business and communities.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate and support engineering, procurement and construction activities for major capital projects, including the preparation of technical reports, specifications, designs, and project documentation required to achieve project objectives.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Provide technical expertise, recommendations, and engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and engineering best practices.
- Support project approvals, scope development, planning, and execution activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and technical team members to support project success and professional development.
- Promote a culture of safety by ensuring all work is completed in accordance with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

The Team: You will work closely with a team of Project Managers, Engineers, Coordinators, and technical professionals within the Major Projects group. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and safety.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Health, Safety, Security, & Environment (HSSE) & Sustainability and :
- Have 4+ years of engineering experience in project, industrial, infrastructure, energy, or related environments.
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Are registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or eligible for registration.
- Have experience managing engineering deliverables, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and supporting capital project execution.
- Having a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation would be an asset
