R.B Counselling Services is inviting a professional, client-centred Registered Psychotherapist to rent a private therapy office within a calm counselling and wellness setting in Richmond Hill. This opportunity is well suited to a therapist who is building a private practice, expanding a hybrid virtual and in-person model, relocating, or adding predictable in-person clinic days without taking on a full commercial lease.
Please note: this is a clinic-room rental opportunity, not an employee, contractor, or salaried role. You will operate your own independent practice, pay an agreed rental fee, and retain your practice revenue.

Requirements and Independent Practice Responsibilities
- Registered and in good standing with the appropriate Ontario regulatory body
- Active professional liability insurance

- Able to manage your own referrals, intake, consent, appointments, payments, clinical records, and client communication
- Keep the space clean and follow all applicable professional, ethical, privacy, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Rental Details
