Tower riggers work as a team primarily to perform tower installations. They will carry out general ground tasks for the installation, and work with various antennas, equipment, instruments, sensors, booms, and cables

Responsible for the installation of structures of any kind

Install various components and accessories on a tower with some supervision, including, antennas, transmission lines, FO cable, lighting system, protection system against lightning etc...

Working safely at all times

Perform maintenance and repair as required

Perform emergency repairs and restoration of services when required

Climbing and working on poles, towers, or other support structures
-
Ensure and complete all the other activities required for the successful implementation of the project

Possess a certification of Working at Heights, Fall Protection and or equivalent minimal experience

Having a good knowledge and experience in the installation of towers, antenna systems, transmission lines and meteorological equipment or in the field of construction is an asset

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment

Office 365 IT Skills (an asset)

Be available to travel across Canada

Manual dexterity and he knows how to use tools effectively
