Who We are Looking for
We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply, even if you do not meet every qualification listed below.
We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on welder who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working in a fabrication and prototype environment, who can balance multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality.

- Be primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their welding booth.
- Complete shop duties such as setup, organization, inventory management, etc.
- Use an ERP system (Odoo) to complete administrative tasks, including time tracking, timesheets, inventory, and related data.
- Read manufacturer’s manuals, drawings, and quality control specifications for assembly procedures.
Preferred Experience / Technical Skills
- Deep experience and understanding of welding both Aluminum and Stainless Steel.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, sketches, and specifications
- Ability to inspect welds for quality and compliance with safety standards..
- Excellent time-management and task-prioritization.
- Documentation skills to create internal and external documentation relating to your work.
- Ability to perform daily planning and organizational practices while working with a high-degree of independence and integrating cohesively within the team.
- Ability to think critically, think analytically, multitask, prioritize duties, and quickly assume new tasks as required.
