Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and account growth
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for market penetration and brand awareness
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service improvements
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry developments, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to our offerings
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)
- Strong business development abilities with a strategic mindset for expanding market reach
- Proficiency in account management, analysis skills, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts effectively
- Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to sales strategies
- Customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to build long-term client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly
