Our client is looking for Manufacturing Associates with hands-on Mill Operation experience who are interested in developing their skills across machine operation, set-ups, tooling, quality inspection, material handling, and production processes.

This is a FULL-TIME opportunity with potential for long-term employment and growth.
- Prepare materials, tooling, and equipment to support daily mill and production operations.
- Assist with machine set-ups, tooling changes, and production changeovers.
- Operate and support production equipment while following established procedures and safety requirements.
- Assist with troubleshooting basic equipment or production issues and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member.
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections, including dimensional checks.
- Use gauges and measuring equipment to verify products meet specifications.
- Complete deburring, finishing, and other secondary processing as required.
- Handle, bundle, label, and package finished product according to production and customer requirements.
- Read and follow work orders, production documentation, specifications, and packaging instructions.
- Assist with production testing and equipment set-ups.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Identify and report quality, equipment, material, or safety concerns promptly.
- Support other production activities as required to keep operations running efficiently.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in machine set-up, machine operation, manufacturing, or an industrial production environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability and desire to learn new machinery, tooling, and processes.
- Comfortable working with hand tools, production equipment, gauges, and measuring devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with product specifications and measurements.
- Able to read and follow work orders, written instructions, specifications, and production documentation.
- Dependable, hardworking, and committed to building a long-term career in manufacturing.
- Able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a production team.
- Safety-conscious with a strong commitment to quality and following workplace procedures.
- Overhead crane or forklift experience is an asset.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and regularly perform bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movements.
- Able to safely lift and handle up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Willing and available to work overtime when required by production demands.
Shift: Weekly rotation between Days and Afternoons or Straight Night Shift 11:00PM – 7:00 AM
Monday – Friday:
- Days: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoons: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Overtime available as required
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour + 4% vacation pay added to each cheque weekly.
