Sales Enablement & Support (40%)
- Proposal Support: Assist sales teams in compiling technical proposals, requests for quotes (RFQs), and tender submissions for municipal infrastructure projects.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Track industry bid boards, identify upcoming water/wastewater projects, and pre-qualify inbound leads before handing them off to territory managers.
- Vendor Relations: Act as a key liaison between the agency and manufacturer partners to ensure marketing materials, pricing sheets, and technical documentation are up to date.
- CRM Administration: Maintain and optimize the CRM database, ensuring accurate tracking of sales pipelines, customer interactions, and campaign performance.
Project Coordination & Order Execution (40%)
- Submittal Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project submittals; compile, review, and transmit technical manufacturer drawings, product data, and schematics to consulting engineers and contractors for approval.
- Milestone Tracking: Monitor project timelines from order entry through to manufacturing, shipping, and delivery, proactively identifying and resolving potential factory or logistics delays.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate seamlessly between manufacturing partners, outside sales managers, general contractors, and municipal clients to ensure clear communication regarding project status.
- Change Order Administration: Track project scope changes in the field, coordinate revised pricing with vendors, and issue formal change orders to ensure accurate billing and equipment delivery.
- Project Closeout: Compile comprehensive Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, warranty documents, and asset tags required for final municipal project acceptance, and coordinate the scheduling of on-site equipment commissioning and operator training.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Content Strategy (20%)
- Technical Content Creation: Write, design, and publish marketing collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and newsletters highlighting our water/wastewater treatment and pumping solutions.
- Digital Brand Management: Manage and update the company website and social media channels (predominantly LinkedIn) to showcase successful municipal and industrial project completions.
- Campaign Management: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to keep consulting engineers, municipal operators, and industrial clients informed of new product lines and regulatory updates.
- Event Planning: Coordinate the logistics, branding, and materials for industry trade shows, technical seminars, and vendor lunch-and-learns.
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
